Refund policy

5. Reason for return (Wrong item shipped, Defective item)

A representative from SDH will assist you on the return policy. We will not refund any item(s) unless authorized through (TASHAMAC20@YAHOO.COM). Once approved, you must return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt in a re-sellable condition. Re-sellable condition means that the item is in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed and complete with original labels.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items returned that are not in a re-sellable condition. We will only refund the price of the item to the purchaser once it is received by us. Following receipt by SUPPORTDAHOOD, it may take up to seven working days to credit the purchaser's account.
